Returns and Exchanges

Our products will certainly delight you. In case, they don't we would love to hear back from you.

There can be situations where the item delivered has a manufacturing defect. Although rare, we will ensure that your purchased item is duly replaced with a fresh piece. For us to do this, we will need an unboxing video to help us track and ensure that your complains are passed back to our craftsmen, in the most transparent manner. All humans make mistakes, however, we and our partners are committed to learn from them.

For size related exchanges (only applicable for footwear), please get in touch with us. This can be done for another size of the same style onlyIn case your desired size is unavailable with us, you could then exchange it for another style of similar value. Please note that this can be done only within 15 days from when the package was delivered to you. 

For both above situations, we would also expect that the piece is packed and shipped to us by you in original shape and form.

We might run sale on several occasions, and items purchased during these are not applicable for any exchange or return.

There is no refund policy. Exchanges will be done only for above-mentioned situations. Colors and Braids holds the discretion to modify the above policy without notice.
