Within India
We ship all orders within India without any shipping charges. We take 3-4 working days for processing and 5-7 working days to deliver the order to your address (If the item is ready).
Items on website might not be readily available with us! In such cases, it will take us 15 working days followed by the standard shipping time until you receive your order.

For customized orders, the standard time is 10-15 working days for processing and 5-7 working days to deliver.
We rely on the reach of our shipping partners. For this reason, there might be limitations and / or delays in shipping to certain remote locations. In such cases we will inform you of the expected delay due to shipping to your address.
There can be unforeseen events, like natural calamities, Pandemic situations (Covid-19) etc. that can add delay to shipments. In such situations, we would expect your cooperation in helping us make your parcel reach you.

We also ship internationally, to major cities in US, Canada, UK, Australia, UAE etc. with the help of leading logistics partners.

Our products will certainly delight you. In case, they don't we would love to hear back from you.
There can be situations where the item delivered has a manufacturing defect. Although rare, we will ensure that your purchased item is duly replaced with a fresh piece. For us to do this, we will need an unboxing video to help us track and ensure that your complains are passed back to our craftsmen, in the most transparent manner. All humans make mistakes, however, we and our partners are committed to learn from them.
For size related exchanges (only applicable for footwear), please get in touch with us. This can be done for another size of the same style only. In case your desired size is unavailable with us, you could then exchange it for another style of similar value. Please note that this can be done only within 15 days from when the package was delivered to you.
For both above situations, we would also expect that the piece is packed and shipped to us by you in original shape and form.
We might run sale on several occasions, and items purchased during these are not applicable for any exchange or return.
There is no refund policy. Exchanges will be done only for above-mentioned situations. Colors and Braids holds the discretion to modify the above policy without notice.

Care Instructions
Store the products in the dust bag with your box or in a muslin cloth. Keep them dry and away from moisture. If at all exposed to moisture, please dry them out for a few hours before putting them back in.
